5/25/04: DO NOT DO PROBLEM 11.12 on HW#6. It was assigned by mistake. If you did it, it will count as extra credit.

4/23/04: The midterm will be handed out next Thursday, 4/29, and will be due in class on Tuesday, 5/04.

The Ph106c lecture on Tuesday 4/20 will be given by Prof. Sunil Golwala, since I will be away on travel.
