Intro. to Spectrometer SCAL & PCAL Analysis

During the PFM5 SCAL & PCAL tests of the spectrometer, the following parameters were adjusted:

bias frequency
phase
bias amplitude
PCAL amplitude
prime vs. redundant sources
spectrometer mirror (SMEC) position
SUBK temperature

(This may not be a complete list.) Not surprisingly, the analysis of this data is a mess. In many cases, a potentially interesting test is contaminated by two things changing at once.

Anyway, here are a couple of plots we could briefly discuss:

These are IV curves made with (surprisingly) only one thing adjusted -- the illumination of the SCAL2 source.

Here is what I really wanted to study -- the response of the detectors as they are illuminated with changing SCAL2 power, vs. the response as the SUBK temperature is varied. Unfortunately, there is not enough data at fixed SMEC position and fixed bias settings to make the comparison. This plot is a hodgepodge.
